The warranty period for kitchenware is 5 years. Vitapur GmbH. guarantees the quality and faultless product during guarantee period only when following instructions for use and warnings. In this case, the manufacturer warranty covers expenses for corrections and deficiencies during the warranty period. In case of manufacturing defect, the kitchenware will be replaced with the new one. The deadline for the elimination of defects during the warranty period is 45 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. This warranty does not exclude consumer rights deriving from the seller’s liability for defects in the goods. The warranty applies from the date of delivery of the goods. By recognising 100 % guarantee the validity of the guarantee is not interrupted and a new warranty period cannot begin. The claim must always be given in writing. Any complaint should be submitted together with the original or photocopy of the invoice, issued by the seller. The request for a 100 % guarantee can be claimed with invoice directly from the dealer or the manufacturer/supplier. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY: Damage occurring from improper use, including but not limited to excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning, or lack of seasoning, is not covered by our lifetime warranty. Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time. This is normal wear and tear which should not affect performance and not covered by our lifetime warranty.
