Returns

If the consumer wishes to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, they must notify us within 30 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, indicating their decision to withdraw from the contract without providing reasons.

 

If the consumer has already received the goods and chooses to withdraw from the contract, they must return or hand over the goods to the company or to a person authorized by the company without delay, but no later than 30 days after the notification. The deadline for returning the goods is considered met if the consumer dispatches the goods before the 30-day period expires. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

Before deciding to withdraw from a purchase, the consumer may inspect and test the product to the extent strictly necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, the consumer may not continue to use the product once they have decided to withdraw. Therefore, the consumer is liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. The returned goods must be undamaged and in the same quantity, unless they have been destroyed, spoiled, lost, or reduced in quantity through no fault of the consumer. The notice of withdrawal or the product shall be deemed to have been sent on time if the consignment is delivered within the time limit.

 

The consumer must return the goods along with all accompanying documents and the invoice. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, except in the case of payment by card if it has not yet been charged.

 

In the event of withdrawal from a contract where a discount or promotional code has been redeemed, these funds will be considered as a discount and will not be refunded to the user. Only the amount paid will be refunded to the user.

 

In purchase contracts, the company may withhold the reimbursement of services received until the consumer has taken receipt of the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof of returning the goods, unless the company offers the opportunity to take receipt of the returned goods itself.

 

The company will reimburse the consumer for payments received using the same means of payment as the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of a different means of payment and no costs are incurred as a result

 

The consumer is not entitled to reimbursement of additional costs if they have expressly opted for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the company.

 

Return procedure:

 

If you wish to return an item, please initiate the process by contacting us via email at hilfe@vitapur.at. Please attach photos of the item to expedite the process.

 

We do not provide return labels. Instead, DPD will handle the collection and delivery of the parcel to your address. Packing requires no additional effort from you; simply ensure that the item is securely packed in the provided box.

 

What we require from you:

  • Your collection address if it differs from the delivery address.
  • A date on which DPD can collect the item.

 

DPD will issue a receipt upon collecting the parcel. Once received by us, your refund will be processed immediately. Alternatively, if you choose not to send us the receipt, we will wait until the package arrives at our warehouse.

 

If we identify additional damage upon receipt of the goods, we may deduct a percentage from the refund. In such cases, we will contact you beforehand.
